I am still alive

Just popping in to let you know i am still alive.

I really don't know where time has gone and it's almost May already.

I am hoping to get some time over the Easter Bank Holiday to update my forgotton blog with the latest news, lo's and photo's and news of my recent retreat in Northern Ireland which was just the best fun filled weekend ever.
